Our agency maintains a select inventory of residential property that is available as rental housing. These properties are currently located in two counties (Alachua and Clay).  NHDC accepts Section 8 and Veteran Administration Vouchers.

Regular home inspections are performed to ensure the safety of our tenants and the quality of our properties.

NHDC owns 39 rental properties and we plan to double our rental inventory in the coming years.
