Our corporate mission is to improve the quality of life and economic opportunities of low and moderate income persons residing within our service area by providing programs and services that will address identified community needs.

Our primary programs and services focus on affordable housing development, rental housing opportunities, neighborhood revitalization, housing counseling and home buyer education.

The NHDC service area includes Alachua, Clay, and Marion Counties.

Our pre-purchase education and mortgage delinquency counseling services are also available to the residents of these additional Florida Counties; Baker, Citrus, Columbia, Dixie, Levy, Gilchrist and Putnam.
