NHDC Cares offers various programs aimed at preventing homelessness and promoting housing stability. These programs include rental assistance, utility payment support, and housing support by utilizing wrap around support in the local community based on need. By assisting clients in covering rent and utility costs, NHDC Cares helps individuals and families remain housed during times of financial hardship in partnership with the Marion County CoC & Keys to Home (TaskForce).
Who’s Eligible:
· County residents
· Currently homeless or at risk (in a lease)
· Meet income limits
· Rent must align with current Fair Market Rates
